Kris’s workouts push you every time. And just when you think you know all the different exercises she has up her sleeve, she pulls out something new. From pushing a weighted sled to slinging ropes and beating tires with a sledge hammer. Yes, she’ll find all those muscles you didn’t know you had. Best, I don’t have to think about it. I show up and do what I’m told. I started seeing improvement within a week.

After a few discussions with Kris about how nutrition would complement all the hard work, I decided to make a some changes. I wasn’t looking to lose weight and didn’t have any plans to go on a “diet”. Instead, Kris helped me re-frame the way I looked at food. For example, I replaced my lunchtime sweet tea with water, and found that I no longer needed an afternoon soda. I actually started eating more. I cut out fast food and started eating a real breakfast. I had more energy. I added snacks like almonds and carrots. I started feeling better. And within a month I had lost 10 pounds.

Because of Kris, her consistently challenging workouts and nutritional suggestions, I feel healthier than I ever have. I’ve lost almost 20 pounds and gained a ton of muscle. I just ran my first 5k and 10k races. And did well in both. I’m eating
healthier. And liking it. And I continue to see improvements every week.
