Are You Ready to Change Your Life?

Would you like to change the way you look and feel? Build strength, endurance, lose body fat, feel more alert and enjoy your life more? Are you ready to change your life? Are you willing to take a new approach towards food and how you fuel your body? Are you ready to take a new approach towards fitness?

Do any of the following scenarios ring true for you?

1. I run 3-4 times a week at the same pace and always the same course and I try to eat healthy foods most of the time. Why is my body not changing to a leaner, more fit version of myself? I need to make a change.

2. My wife has been nagging me to lose weight and she is concerned about my health. I know I should eat better, drink less and exercise, but I haven’t been inspired. Until now. At my latest physical my doctor told me I am a candidate for high blood pressure, heart disease and I am technically considered obese. He said I need to lose weight. Now. I need to make a change.

3. I love to take step and spinning classes regularly, why aren’t my legs looking more toned and why hasn’t my muffin-top gone away? I need to make a change.

4. I love sugar. I try to eat well, but it’s tough when the kids have all of these tempting foods around. I have a hard time sticking to exercise programs, but need to lose weight. I avoid being in pictures because I look so fat. I need to make a change.

5. I am a sporadic gym-goer. Sometimes I go 3 or 4 times a week, but I also have off-weeks where I may only go once or not at all. I’m not sure how to use all of the equipment so I generally do a cardio machine of some sort and then add a few random weight machine exercises at the end. I would like to have a more systematic approach to fitness.

6. I like to exercise, but think I could benefit from working closely with someone who will help me set goals, work me hard and keep me accountable.
